Antitrust for Laymen

Course Overview

Antitrust laws were designed to prevent unfair trade practices, provide standards for mergers and acquisition and  to ban abusive behavior by giant companies.  LegalWATCH’s Antitrust for Laymen course covers Antitrust laws, conduct that can subject attendees to antitrust violations and risk mitigation practices to reduce and prevent potential violations.

In conducting the training, LegalWATCH’s trainers use laymen language, practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to educate participants on antitrust laws. Our training places particular emphasis on the Sherman Act, Clayton Act and/or Federal Trade Commission Act.

Attendees walk away with a working knowledge of the antitrust laws and acts that can exposure them to antitrust liability.
